Dogs, Cats, and other Animals

Horsey Helpers LLC will happily feed and care for your other pets for a small added fee. I (Cathy Schultz) have had prior experience with pet sitting dogs, cats, birds, and fish. Horsey Helpers LLC also has other contract care sitters that have had experience with other farm animals, including pigs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARING FOR OTHER ANIMALS

Information on the horse page also applies to other animals with the added statements below:

*Some dogs can be protective of their space when left alone. It is important that we get to meet the dog and observe his/her behavior.

*Pets must have a current proof of rabies certificate or tag.

*Horsey Helpers LLC will not be responsible for the loss, injury or death to any pet that is not properly confined or allowed to roam free. 

*Free services included during pet care visits are, bringing in the mail or newspaper, taking trash cans to curb and retuning them to the home, alternating lights, adjusting drapes to make it look like someone is home, and  watering plants as needed.

DAILY AND WEEKLY RATES FOR DOGS,

CATS, AND OTHER AMIMALS 

Rates: All rates for up to 3 dogs and 3 cats. Extra dogs and cats will be at a additional $5 fee per animal.

$30.00 a day - with purchase of horse care services - $205.00 per week 

Two trips a day during the horse care visit. Will feed and water. Dogs taken outside for potty and exercise. Cat boxes cleaned when needed.

$60.00 a day - if contracting for dog or cat care ONLY - $415.00 per week

Two trips a day and will include feeding and watering. Dogs taken outside for potty and exercise. 

Cat boxes cleaned when needed.

IF CONTRACTING FOR A WEEK AND THE CONTRACT IS CANCELLED BEFORE THE WEEK ENDS, THE DAILY RATE FEE WILL APPLY FOR DAYS COMPLETED.

Other farm animal prices depends on type of animal and amount of animals needing care. Please call to get quotes.

Coverage area is 15 miles from home base, any miles after the first 15 miles will result in a $1/mile fuel surcharge per round trip.
